What counts as a resolved conversation?
Any chat where the AI answered the customer's question, completed a workflow (order, invoice, refund), or verified their identity without needing human follow-up. If a conversation is escalated to a staff member, it does not count.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. Your assistant keeps running, we don't cut off customers mid-conversation. We'll reach out to discuss upgrading or purchasing additional capacity.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Growth at any point. Your new limit kicks in immediately and you're billed the difference prorated for the current month.
