What counts as a resolved conversation?
Any chat where the AI answered the customer's question, completed a workflow (order, invoice, refund), or verified their identity without needing human follow-up. If a conversation is escalated to a staff member, it does not count.
What happens if I exceed my monthly allowance?
We'll let you know when you're approaching it. Your AI employee keeps running, we never cut off customers mid-conversation. We'll reach out to discuss adjusting your plan.
