A resolution = a full customer conversation closed by AI without staff escalation. Order status checks, invoice requests, product questions, OTP verifications, and placed orders all count as one resolution each. Resets on your billing date.

What counts as a resolved conversation?
Any chat where the AI answered the customer's question, completed a workflow (order, invoice, refund), or verified their identity without needing human follow-up. If a conversation is escalated to a staff member, it does not count.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. Your assistant keeps running — we don't cut off customers mid-conversation. We'll reach out to discuss upgrading or purchasing additional capacity.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Growth at any point. Your new limit kicks in immediately and you're billed the difference prorated for the current month.
